The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ApexMarketer and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
Your Content: You retain all rights to the campaign data and assets you upload. By using the platform, you grant us a license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
5. Subscription & Payments
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ApexMarketer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
